Unable to quickly l ook at a particular client's matter to determine what has been done and what remains to be done.

Able to close cases faster. Recently closed 50 cases in 10 minutes.

Unable to generate deadline reports. Had a difficult time tracking cases.

With Abacus' reports, able to easily list upcoming trial and discovery deadlines and sort by date . Abacus' legal calendaring allows for the management of deadlines for hundreds of complex cases and ensures the firm doesn't miss deadlines or fail to work up a case in a timely fashion. The firm now tracks a much larger number of cases with much less risk. The staff all feel much more secure.

Customer Service

Pulling a client's file from the file room to answer client inquiries was slow and inefficient.

Able to quickly access client information. Most questions are answer ed by just looking at Abacus.
