Couldn't transfer billing information into QuickBooks . Billing information was entered twice into two different programs.

Had four separate calendars : o ne calendar for the lawyers, one for the office manager, one master Outlook calendar, and a separate set of reminder cards. Coordinating calendars by hand required at least 20 minutes per day.

It took 3 days to do the billing. Editing bills was a huge hassle .

To manage cases, staff made a list of case information in Excel which includ ed case notes and the case status. The list was printed out and edited manually. Maintaining this list was extremely time - consuming and it was often out of date.
