Most practice management packages include the ability to create merged documents. Suppose I need to print out a document 2 days after meeting with a client for the first time. In other packages, I would have to put an event or to-do on my calendar to remind me to go to the document creation section and create the document. In Abacus, however, I can set the date to produce the document and associate it with the actual document form. On the scheduled date, all documents scheduled for production can be produced in a single step.
