This error is always fixed by doing the following:
In Abacus Accounting
Go to File Menu
Choose Setup
Choose Company Preferences
Choose Configuration Tab
Choose Seat Maintenance Tab
Delete all installed nodes.
Shutdown and restart Abacus and Accounting

Error: Ordinal Not found
Ordinal Not Found
If you get the following error message:
lawwin.exe - Ordinal Not Found
The ordinal 438 could not be located in the dynamic link library ACE32.DLL.
You have an older Ace32.dll and it needs to be update. Run the program STATION.EXE located in the \Abacus folder, that should update the dll and correct the problem. If the problem persists, look to see if an old copy of that dll is in the \Abacus folder. It should only be in the local C:\Windows\System32 folder, so if you find it in the \Abacus folder delete it and try running AbacusLaw again.... |
