Intake forms make it easy to start new cases and/or sign-up new clients. After information is entered, Abacus automatically populates the matter record, creates contact links and schedules rules-based calendar events. 

You may customize intake forms to suit your needs. For example, you can add fields for information your cases require, including on screen help text (for instructional purposes) and spaces in between sections to help organize information and keep it from running together. To add text, simply open the intake form you wish to edit in our intake form designer. Select the record to which you would like to add text, click “add”, then select text and type in your entry. You can position the text row by clicking “move up” or “move down” in the list of Matter fields.
