If you mail or otherwise mass contact a group
of contacts, you can conveniently insert notes (stamping) into each of the records to reflect that communication. There is no need to add comments to each record individually.
Smart Screens™ lets you customize how each type of contact appears
on your screen, be it Names, Events or Matters. As you switch between
records of contacts (perhaps client and vendor) or matters (such
as
Personal Injury and Family Law), the screen can change to reflect
the
way you want each record's information presented.
For example, you
can have your Family Law cases appear in one custom
layout, while PI or Real Estate cases appear with different specialized
layouts of custom fields and extra pages of data. Smart Screens
automatically display your Names or Matters in the correct format.
Just
create your user-defined screens, and assign them accordingly.
You
can even track a picture with the same ID or case number so it
will
show up in the picture window.
