Set Default Calendar and Alarm settings

When you have any Event screen open (Daily Organizer, Month Calendar, Week Calendar, etc..) you can quickly print a variety of Event reports by clicking on the printer icon on the menu bar:

When you do, you will see the following screen:

This list of reports can be modified to suit your needs. To do this click on File|Setup|Calendar Setup. You will see the following screen:

Here you can setup your calendar to only show your events by clicking on the Who button. A blank Who code will show all records. Your Alarms are controlled by the Query near the bottom of the above screen. It is defaulted to NOT_DONE No Done Events. You can select or create your own Query (see document on Queries) to get an Alarm on just the Events you want. Minutes prior to event means how many minutes before the event happens do you want the alrem to pop up. Check every means how often to check the calendar for alarms.

The Queries tab contains queries for a lot of the default settings for printouts. The defaults should meet your needs.

The Layouts tab contains the setup for all the reports you see when you click the printer icon. You can click on any of the buttons and edit any of those reports (see the Laser and Column report documents). Once you have made the changes you want, click OK. You will be asked for a file name and you will see your initials in the box. Just click OK to accept. If it says File exists, overwrite? say Yes. The next time you click on the printer icon and select a report it will reflect any of the changes you made in Calendar Setup.
