Description: As program is loading it appears to be hung
up in the Splash Screen because it doesn't go any further.
Solution: This is usually a problem with network rights.
Make sure the computer has full access to the Abacus
directory. With a dedicated server (Client-Server) type
of network make sure the machine has full rights. The
rights needed are Edit, Copy, Delete, Modify, and Add.
Basically the user should have supervisor access at least
for this directory. In peer-to-peer networks check the
Sharing and verify that the directory is shared as full
access. Once these issues are checked and the program
should work.
