This error is telling the operator that they have lost a
connection to their network. To test to see if the
connection is indeed down, go to
Start/Programs/MS DOS Prompt and type in the drive
letter and a colon where the Abacus directory is located.
More than likely you will get a message saying Invalid
Drive or Destination. Have the user reboot the computer
and try again, if this doesn't help, you will need to have
a technician come out and address the problem.
