| Background screen theme, not showing correct screen for user |
The user is selecting one of the Profile Background screen
themes but they are still getting gray screens, on one or two
of the screens. Have them check their color setting. The user
had it set at 256 colors, had her change the setting to 32bit
colors and reboot. When she went back into Abacus and
selected the theme she wanted, it was correct.
To change the screen colors right click a blank spot on your
desktop. Click on Properties, then select the Settings tab. You
should see te colors box, click on the drop-down arrow next
to the box. Select a color setting above 256 colors (ie: 16bit,
24bit, or 32bit) and then click OK. The program will ask if
you want to reboot before applying color settings, click Yes.
After rebooting you should then be able to select any theme
you would like to select.
